In the summer of 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, a small child left a stuffed animal at CVG Airport. I turned to social media to try and make the impossible happen: a reunion powered by a community of strangers (our social followers) banding together.

Thanks to (literally) millions of impressions, engagements, shares and comments - not to mention an appearance on “The Today Show” - we made it happen.

“Masch Masch” was reunited with his family in Florida.

The stuffed dog belonged to a little boy and had been gifted to him by the judge who granted his adoption. He had several siblings (also adopted) who had similar “adoption day animals”. It could not have been a more beautiful story. We connected with the airline and the airport in Florida to make their reunion that much more special.
