One of my favorite responsibilities at CVG was creating and distributing an internal employee newsletter.
From maintaining a distribution schedule to finding topics and drafting stories - I created this piece twice a month from the ground up. For an organization of 400+ employees, many of whom work in different teams with VERY different roles, I gained a sense of purpose knowing I was able to share good news across an entire campus and contribute to a greater culture.
During the spring/summer of 2020 this newsletter was especially important to the organization’s morale, as it was the only way we were able to stay connected while working from home.
